Biography

Kosuke Kobayashi (小林 康介, Kobayashi Kōsuke, born January 28, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor from Toyama Prefecture. He is affiliated with Raccoon Dog. Formerly, he was affiliated with Pro-Fit. He graduated from Pro-Fit Voice Actor Training School. He speaks the Toyama dialect.
